Rooms with a fridge had a family atmosphere. Its location in Fredonia was comfy, very close to the lake, SUNY Fredonia, and Dunkirk for a sporting event. Went to Applebee's for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel was located next to SUNY Fredonia and Dunkirk for a sporting event and restaurants. Marvellous and favourable location to attractions like Spotlight Cinemas Dunkirk, that was steps away from the venue. It also was right next to all the food shops. Had fairly quiet room US$ 94 with fridge as well as refrigerator. The hotel staff was pleasant and amicable.

Not much
The place was dirty and run down, tv was circa 1990, moldy sheets, dirty bathroom, etc. Paid way too much to stay in a place that looked like it rents by the hour and will never stay again!
